Job Title : Senior Application Developer Location : Parsippany, NJ Job Duties: ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Application Developer at our Parsippany, NJ location. Responsibilities: Participate in the technical design, development, testing, support, and maintenance for Human Capital Management (HCM) information applications leveraging ADP’s Open HCM platform. Create technical design and implementation documents and enforce governance around cross-cutting capabilities, including security, authentication, authorization, and auditing. Drive the end-to-end creation of a suite of software applications. Implement and configure software application functionality, including user interfaces, business rules, workflows, and complex logic. Work with software development test engineers to fully automate application testing and high-quality software development and configuration. Collaborate with Product Management and Technology Architects in a full-stack capacity. Education & Experience Requirements :Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field plus five (5) years of related experience. Employer will accept a master’s degree plus one (1) year of experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree plus five years of experience. Work Experience :One (1) year of experience must include: Web 2.0 development using Dojo, React, and JQuery; Software defect tracking systems, including Rally; Object-oriented design and programming using Java/JEE; Java enterprise technologies, including Servlets and JSPs; Service layer development with Enterprise Java Beans (EJB) 3.0; Web Sphere Application Server 8.0; Maven; Jenkins; HTML5; CSS3; and SASS/LESS.We’re designing a better way to work, so you can achieve what you’re working for.
