The position will have a primary focus on white collar criminal defense, False Claims Act litigation, and healthcare fraud and abuse enforcement actions and investigations. The ideal candidate will have outstanding academic credentials and superior writing, advocacy and communication skills, an interest in health law and policy, and the ability to handle multiple deadlines and collaborate effectively with attorneys across different offices. This is a unique opportunity to get out from behind your desk and have an active role on interesting, challenging cases.
