Hotel Housekeepers needed. Always Reliable Management Services, Inc. is a full-service housekeeping agency providing trained and reliable housekeepers to hotels and resorts located in the Panama City area. Always Reliable Management Services, Inc. seeks 55 temporary full-time housekeepers for employment from April 1, 2020 through October 28, 2020 to be paid at the rate of $11.13 per hour. Overtime may be available, but not guaranteed at $16.70. Always Reliable Management Services, Inc. guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 6-week period of the total employment period referenced above. Typical daily work hours - 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Sunday.Job duties will include: overall cleaning of guests rooms, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms, stripping and making beds, replenishing items such as linens, amenities and various supplies, interacting with guests daily, responding in a timely manner to their requests, assisting with directions and sharing information. No minimum education is required. Applicants must have at least 6 months of prior housekeeping experience. On the job training is provided. Applicants must be able to work a 5-day schedule and must be available to work all shifts, including weekends, evenings, overnights and holidays. Applicants must pass pre-hire background check and drug test performed by Always Reliable Management Services, Inc. Applicants must be proficient in English, must have ability to clean 15-20 rooms per day, lift up to 30 lb., push heavy carts, bend, stand and walk for long periods of time, and must be punctual and reliable. Always Reliable Management Services, Inc. will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.Always Reliable Management Services, Inc. will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Workers will be paid bi-weekly by check. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. The amount of transportation payment of reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a cost of $12.46 per day during travel to a maximum of $55.00 per day with receipts. All transportation costs are to be pre-approved. Workers are responsible for daily transportation to and from the worksite. Lodging/boarding is available for rent. Weekly cost of rent is $100.00. If the employee chooses to accept Always Reliable Management Services, Inc.'s lodging, $200.00 will be deducted from the employee's paycheck bi-weekly. Application and resume required.
