South Plainfield Board of Education South Plainfield, New Jersey 2020-2021 School Year High School Principal South Plainfield Public Schools seeks a visionary leader for the position of High School Principal. We are looking for a progressive educator who can continue our rich tradition of academic, athletic and co-curricular excellence. Ideal qualities of the successful candidate include a working knowledge of special populations, an ability to infuse STEAM across the curriculum, strong background and understanding of the Whole Child, and recognition of 21st Century skills, career and college readiness within the teaching and learning process. Interested professionals must have: Prior administrative experience. High School teaching, coaching or advising background, with principal experience preferred. Middle School Principal Elementary School Principal New Jersey Principal certification required. Previous Building Administrator experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
