Solebury Township, Public Works Department, is seeking applicants to fill the full-time positionof Skilled Laborer I.The position’s duties will include maintenance and repair of Township owned roads includingpatching, paving, deicing and plowing; maintaining storm sewers/drainage, and Townshipfacilities; operation of the Township vehicles and equipment. Work hours are Monday- Friday, 7:00am- 3:00 pm with some opportunities for overtime.Successful candidates must have a valid CDL, Class A or B, a high school diploma orequivalent along with strong written and verbal communication skills and basic computerknowledge. The preferred candidate will have previous experience in roadway construction,paving, concrete work, pipe, and snow removal.Candidates must be able to work in a team environment and possess good organizational, andcommunication skills. Follows all safety standards and procedures.
