Parks and Recreation Assistant DirectorThe Township of Moon is accepting applications for the full-time position of Assistant Director with the Township Parks and Recreation Department. Duties include managing and directing parks programs, supervising program and event staff and assisting the Parks and Recreation Director in a variety of planning and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be able to work with diplomacy and tact in welcoming the public and when performing duties. Must be able to work a varying work schedule with weekend, evening and holiday availability.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Administration, Recreation Science, Commercial Recreation, Public Administration, or a related field preferred. Associates degree with prior experience managing recreation programs.
