Receptionist (Full-time)Aspen Medical Care, a distinctive family medical practice providing progressive medicine with old fashioned care, seeks a full time receptionist for our Aspen office. Duties include answering phones, scheduling and greeting patients, and computer entry. The opportunity to be cross-trained as a medical assistant is available to interested candidates.Qualifications include: Dependability, excellent communication skills, a sunny disposition, computer skills and attention to detail. This position will require some Saturday morning hours.Welcome to Aspen Medical Care.Aspen Medical Care came to Aspen in 1997 and was born out of a vision to merge old fashioned health care with modern medical services. Since our inception and through our growth, we have expanded and been able to add a second home in Basalt. Because we have electronic medical records, our patients can easily move back and forth between the two offices seeking care where it is most convenient for them on that particular visit.Our medical family consists of four full time Family Physicians and a Physician Assistant who provide full spectrum medical care from newborns to grandparents, as well as three Pediatricians who specialize in the health of children in the Roaring Fork Valley. Along with our providers, our friendly and welcoming front and back staff will do everything in their power to make you comfortable in your pursuit of health and health care.In 2009 we moved our Aspen office to a permanent and more convenient location in the center of Aspen at the new Obermeyer Place. This space provides us with more rooms so that we can offer more accessible care to our patients.
