Experienced Operations Manager Richard Tool & Die Corporation World leading stamping die builder for the automotive stamping industry for over 50 years seeks experienced Operations Manager. We manufacture large progressive, line, transfer, & blank dies. The ideal candidate will Plan, direct and coordinate manufacturing activities, personnel and company facilities to maximize customer and employee satisfaction, cost effectiveness, quality and on time delivery. Develop, implement and monitor manufacturing operating policies, procedures, budgets and forecasts Select, train, develop and motivate a workforce that meets or exceeds expectations Maintain the facility and work environment that is conducive to an effective employee/management team and complies with Federal, State, and local health and safety regulations. Ensures all equipment is well maintained, in safe condition and operated in safe manner Ensure customer satisfaction is maximized through on time delivery, high quality standards and development of effective customer relations. Schedule the manufacturing facility short term and long term as each product develops. A positive can-do attitude capable of motivating a skilled workforce.
