Activity Assistant for Memory Care.Qualifications: Previous experience working with individuals who have Dementia. Engage and stimulate each individual person using the seven dimensions of wellness.Responsibilities include: Assist with tasteful decorations of community routinely as well as for special events, holidays, and seasons. Lead activities and effectively encourage resident participation, and attendance. Assure that all activities are offered as scheduled, or if canceled that appropriate alternatives are offered. Facilitate socialization among residents. Implement bus schedule in conjunction with other members of the team.
