If you have experience in the inspection department of a manufacturer of parts made out of various metals and plastics and are ready to take up the lead of this department this is the opportunity for you.The knowledge you have acquired in the tools and equipment used in measuring dimensional tolerances and manufacturing specifications will be put to good use. You will be the person to go to with regards to questions concerning product quality. JOHN PROSOCK MACHINE has an opening for Quality Manager in our machine shop in Quakertown. You will work Monday to Friday with the weekends off to enjoy with family and friends. We are looking for a candidate with: Experience in using CMM Knowledge of using hand tools to measure products and calibrate tools Experience in a Keyence Video Optical Comparator a Plus Knowledge of ISO 9001-2015 Reports; Procedures and Requirements Ability to calibrate employee's tooling Ability to organize and record records What you can expect: Willingness to pay well for the right candidate with knowledge and experience Clean, climate controlled building Benefits: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Paid time off Holidays off Hours: Monday - Thursday 6:00 am-2:30 pm; 2 hours overtime Monday-Thursday 4:30 pm; Friday close at 2:30 pm.John Prosock Machine has been in business since 1982.
