Long Term Care Charge RN/LPN – Days – Full Time Henderson Health Care Services, Inc. is seeking a full time, charge RN/LPN for its Long Term Care facility, Legacy Square, during the day shift. The charge nurse is responsible for the total nursing care delivered on his/her shift and must be self-motivated as well as be able to motivate others.
