Commercial Landscape Maintenance Sales Autumn Hill Landscape Management Langhorne, PA ($55,000 - $75,000 per year) Autumn Hill Landscape Management is seeking a full-time Commercial Landscape Maintenance Business Developer. The Business Developer will have experience planning, developing and executing a sales strategy that produces new, profitable landscape & snow removal maintenance accounts and contract awards. Required skills for this position include: A proven track record selling commercial landscape maintenance services and identifying new opportunities. Working experience using a CRM tool for contact management, estimating, proposal generation and presentation. Ability to connect, contact and engage new potential clients and prospects through in person visits, canvassing, cold calling and networking. Ability to estimate, price and assess needs that translate into accurate bids and proposals. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with production, profit & loss, accountability and account management. Ability to sell $300,000 - $500,000 in commercial accounts annually. The Business Developer will possess excellent written and oral presentation skills, have a positive attitude and be a highly competitive and results driven sales person.
