Will provide Individual Basic Living/Social Skills & Community Intervention Services for identified adults experiencing serious & persistent mental illness in the community & as a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team. Previous group home experience or previous work experience in the delivery of mental health services to adults with a serious mental illness may be a qualification for a Rehabilitation Worker. Day/evening shifts available. Practitioner: $16-$18/hour. DOQ Rehabilitation Worker: $15-$17/hour.
