Custom Dredge Works, a manufacturer of semi-portable hydraulic dredging equipment, is looking for Welder/Fitters.Come to join our Team! Our company is continuing to grow and would like you to prosper with us. We are looking for individuals who desire a challenge and want to be part of custom manufacturing. Our Plant is under new Production Management and we are moving forward toward the future.We are searching for combination structural welder and fitters. Individuals must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience and be able to weld both MIG and Flux Core.Wages are based on knowledge and experience as follows: Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings in order to lay out a production project Candidates must have Mig experience with strong fabrication skills Ability to weld in flat, vertical, or overhead positions Have a positive attitude and work well with others A desire to work in an environment where challenges exist daily to work on custom built projects, not just simply weld. Be able to lift 50 pounds If you want to join our family, come in prepared with your equipment to take a blueprint and welding test.All Positions Commitment to achieving quality results in a timely manner Ability to contribute to a safe workplace environment Good communication skills Detail-oriented, ability to take and follow directions High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
