Latin American Customer Service Representative (LACSR) (Gibsonia, PA) Needed to support Latin American accounts/customers from quote to order processing to shipment. Must communicate effectively with Latin American customers including answering inquiries, providing quotes, processing customer orders, & performing necessary follow-up. Must support sales staff to grow Latin American business by providing exceptional service to customers & asking for testimonials & referrals. 2-years experience in the Latin American construction industry or in service of companies therein.
