Description:
8 Temporary positions 4/1/20 to 12/31/20 - Lay sod, mow, trim, plant, water, edge, rake, blow leaves, mulch, weed, prune, fertilize, dig, rake, haul topsoil. Use blower, mower line trimmer, rototiller, shovel, rake, hoe, wheelbarrow. No education or experience necessary. Must lift/carry 50 lbs. 7:30 am-4:30 pm Monday-Friday Saturday work required when necesary, 40 hours/week plus 10 hours Overtime in normal week. Will offer wage of $15.52/hour + Overtime at $23.28/hour. Employer provides without charge all tools and equipment. On the job training provided. Single workweek used for wages. Payday every 2 weeks. Payroll deductions as required by law. Reimbursement for all visa and border crossing expenses within first week of work. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transport and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transport and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment. The amount of transportation payment equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence provided at $12.46/day during travel to a max of $55/day with receipts. Employer guarantees work for at least 3/4 of workdays in each 12 week period.
