CEEN Early Head Start is hiring for Infant and Toddler Teachers for the 2019-2020 Program Year. These positions will work with typically developing children, children with disabilities, bilingual children, and families living in poverty. Teachers serve as the lead primary caregiver in a classroom of 6-8 Early Head Start infants and toddlers. 40 hours/week; non-exempt; 46-52 weeks per program year; great benefits. Pay $16.46/hour. CEEN will pay for college coursework for eligible staff.Minimum Requirements for Infant Teachers:• Current CDA Or• CDA equivalent (12 ECE credits) to include ECE 101, 103, 111 (EQIT) and• 9 months (1,395 hours) of verified experience in the care and supervision of 4 or more children from birth to 3. Or• AA degree in ECE to include ECE 101, 103 and 111 (EQIT) and• 6 months (910 hours) of verified experience in the care and supervision of 4 or more children from birth to 3.Minimum Requirements for Toddler Teachers:• Current CDA Or• CDA equivalent (12 ECE credits) to include ECE 101, 103, 111 (EQIT) and• 9 months (1,395 hours) of verified experience in the care and supervision of 4 or more children under 6.
