The Market President is responsible for providing leadership, direction, guidance and control to assure the short and long term profitability of the Bank. This position will manage a loan portfolio made up of both commercial and agricultural customers. Also requires a college degree and ten or more years of equivalent work experience in a Commercial/Ag Bank environment, plus proven record of managerial experience.This position requires residency within or close to the St. Charles community.Competitive salary and benefits package provided, including an ESOP.
