Now Hiring!Christy Sports is now hiring at our Avon store location- Sales Associates - Rental Technicians Summary Description: This position is responsible for assisting our customers with the proper fitting of ski and/or snowboard equipment while continuing to provide best-in-class guest service. Job Responsibilities: Fit boots, skis, snowboards and/or poles to guest satisfaction Adjust ski/snowboard bindings to proper specifications Demonstrate and maintain the high standard of guest service Demonstrate excellent knowledge of products and industry trends Maintain merchandising of product lines and store cleanliness standards Maintain all company paperwork according to policies and standards Demonstrate proper knowledge of company cash handling policies and procedures Be on-time for your scheduled work-shift, with proper and clean appearance Protect company assets through loss prevention techniques Be energetic, motivated, and possess the ability to multi-task Operate at the highest standards of safety Other duties as may be assigned Competitive hourly rate + commissionFree ski passMerch discounts recblid p1e5ibhh4djzmupqhgyzooiq5p124s
