Compass Entertainment Complex is seeking an experienced FEC Manager with arcade experience to become a part of our team and be part of the start-up team designing, constructing, and starting up a new family entertainment facility that will include both outdoor activities such as miniature golf, go-carts, batting cages, in addition to a 6 theater movie tavern type facility integrated with other entertainment features such as a ropes course, spin zones, laser tag, arcade and soft play. Our new facility will be built in a rural community where there is no competition of this magnitude for over 50 miles. We plan to provide fun to all ages on a regular basis, inspire joyous memories and serve some great times all around!We are looking for someone to join the team now during the design and construction phase with a planned opening in May of 2020.Check out what the role entails:Reporting to the General Manager, FEC Managers have the overall responsibility for the management of the attractions. This includes, but is not limited to: Training & development of team members Profit & loss accountability of attractions Excellent Guest Experiences Achieve company objectives regarding sales and controls Estimation of purchasing needs Order placement with appropriate vendors and distributors to ensure timely delivery of goods for redemption Participation with department managers in all areas of inventory (conducted on a weekly rotation) Generation of daily, weekly and monthly reporting for arcade sales Monitor labor costs and staffing to meet prescribed levels as defined by current and forecasted business needs Ensure company's hospitality standards are adhered to and delivered in all interactions with Guests Maintain visual "Show" appearance of facility Coordinates and executes all parties and banquets. Team member recruiting, development, training and labor management Manage the daily shift and guest experience Manage all hourly staff members Goal setting with direct reports Ensure the completion of task related to areas of responsibility and quarterly goals Education Associate's degree preferred. A combination of practical experience and education will be considered. Knowledge/Skills Individual must have experience with operations of a family entertainment center with a minimum of 35 arcade machines Excellent math skills: ability to process cash handling, profit & loss management, and understand basic payroll concepts and guidelines. Work Experience 1 years as a manager with experience in an entertainment center with arcades At least 5 years of increasing responsibility in FEC management positions, possessing knowledge of service and food & beverage operations. recblid dklc7705hzop5xcmyu7x3qwr39ngfh Associates Degree
