We are a Commercial Design/Build General Contractor and Construction Manager based in the north metro looking for an In-House Project Manager/Estimator. Responsibilities include all aspects of estimating and project management. Must attend all meetings (city, council, client, job site, planning, etc). Experience in commercial construction is required. A degree in Construction Management is preferred. Necessary skills include communication, drafting, problem solving, computer skills, must be detailed and organized and have a comprehensive understanding of construction plans and specifications.
