Lake Country Power has an opportunity for a full-time Consumer Account Rep in our Mountain Iron, MN office. The main responsibilities of this position include resolving a wide range of member inquiries by phone. This position also processes member payments, creates bank deposits, updates and maintains member account records.Qualified candidates must have 2 years post-secondary education; or have 2-5 years of related consumer billing or banking work experience. Excellent customer service, problem solving and conflict resolution skills; highly proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; and superior verbal and written communication skills are required. Lake Country Power offers a competitive wage and benefit package.
