Spring Hill Manor is an 85-bed skilled nursing facility. We have an opportunity for a talented and creative Certified Dietary Manager with at least 2 years' experience in a long term care and a good survey record.The CDM is responsible for:* Oversight of the dining program, food production, purchasing, budget and inventory control.* Staff management* Maintaining the department up to all County, State and Federal Standards* Preparation of appetizing food* Dietary operations and scheduling* Pay will depend on experience.Available benefits include:*Medical and Dental insurance*Healthcare savings accounts*401 (k)*Paid leave and HolidaysWe look forward to working with you at Spring Hill Manor.
