Lee Health is seeking a Pediatric Cardiologist! Located near the beaches of Southwest Florida is Golisano Children's Hospital, Lee Health, a state-of-the-art pediatric facility that delivers vital and lifesaving care for children and their families throughout the region. This 128 bed regional hospital cares for children across five counties and is the only childrens hospital between Tampa and Miami. Golisano provides a variety of specialized services to take care of all our communitys children from emergency care to behavioral health, surgery to critical care, orthopedics, cancer treatment, cardiology, and more. The hospital has a 14 bed PICU and a 64 bed NICU with 24-hour in-house neonatology coverage. Lee Health system is non-profit organization comprised of more than 13,000 employees, 4,500 volunteers, and more than 800 employed primary care and specialty care providers with more than 30 practice locations throughout Southwest Florida. The organization has four acute care hospitals and two specialty hospitals that together house 1,812 hospital beds. Position Information: LPG Pediatric Cardiology is seeking a full-time physician board eligible/board certified in pediatric cardiology to join their busy 4 physicians and 1 advanced provider practice. The practice has outpatient clinics in Fort Myers with two satellite clinics in Naples and Port Charlotte. This position will take ER call at Golisano Childrens Hospital. Call coverage will be 1:4. Candidates for this position will have completed a general pediatric residency , be fellowship trained in pediatric cardiology and have interest in performing non-invasive ambulatory and inpatient pediatric cardiology, echocardiography, EKG, Holters, event monitors and stress testing.
