As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests as they arrive at our establishment, greeting them with a warm and welcoming attitude.Key Responsibilities:- Greet guests as they arrive and provide them with a positive first impression.- Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are seated in a timely manner.- Keep track of table availability and manage the seating chart effectively.- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and inquiries.- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience for guests.- Clear and reset tables as needed.- Assist with cleaning and organizing the host stand and lobby area.- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment.Requirements:- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.If you are enthusiastic, personable, and enjoy providing excellent customer service, we would love to meet you!
