We are seeking a General Manager - Fast Track To District Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the kitchen and service team. Wilmington, NC This is a busy, QSR, brand with multiple locations throughout the area. $75,000 base salary Bonus PTO Five day week No bar or late nights Opportunity to advance to a DM role Requires a hands-on style, lead by example! Responsibilities: Supervise team of kitchen and FOH emplyeesAdjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiencyTrain and evaluate employeesTrack monthly results and trends for business forecastingResolve escalated customer complaintsQualifications: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fieldsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and communication skillsStrong leadership qualitiesPresented by Tom Bull with Gecko Hospitality Please send your resume to Resumes are treated confidentially Opportunity is in Wilmington, NC
