The role requires outstanding academic credentials, patent litigation experience, and exceptional written and oral communication skills.Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis on intellectual property matters, specifically related to patent litigation.Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.Collaborate with partners, clients, and experts to develop case strategies and legal arguments.Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and other legal proceedings.Provide legal counsel and advice to clients on intellectual property issues.Manage and organize case files, ensuring compliance with deadlines and court requirements.Requirements:1-6 years of relevant experience in intellectual property litigation.Law firm experience preferred.Technical degree in biology, chemistry, physical sciences, engineering, or a related field.Admitted to practice law and in good standing in California.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Technical degree in biology, chemistry, physical sciences, engineering, or related fields preferred.Certifications:Admission to the State Bar of California.Skills:Strong legal research and analytical skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Proficiency in drafting legal documents and pleadings.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to handle a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines.
