The ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively communicating with clients, lawyers, and business professionals, producing high-quality work products, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. The attorney should possess a J.D. degree, at least 3 years of franchise litigation experience in a law firm setting, and State Bar admission in CA.Duties:Effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence efficiently and responsively.Provide timely, accurate, and quality work product in franchise litigation matters.Successfully meet deadlines, and expectations, and perform work duties as required.Foster positive work relationships within the firm and with external stakeholders.Comply with all firm policies and practices.Engage in physical and sedentary activities, including working at a computer for extended periods, participating in digital/virtual conference calls, and attending meetings as needed.Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.Requirements:J.D. Degree3 years of franchise litigation experience in a law firm environmentState Bar admission in CA.Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Ability to work collaboratively and foster positive relationships.Adherence to deadlines and ability to meet expectations.Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.)
