The Head Bartender will use hands-on leadership to ensure bar staff provide consistent service to each customer. Lead by example interacting with bar staff and customers. Responsibilities: Work standard Bartender shifts as scheduled Help oversee drink and bar planning for special events Assist determining bar employees' schedules Appropriately delegates tasks to bar staff.
