This position earns uncapped commissions + $70,000 base pay, and $5,000 sign on bonus ! Onset was rated one of the best places to work in Utah. What you will be doing: Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients Consistently use internal CRM tool to prospect for new customers, track progress on leads and follow-up for new business Sell the benefits of Onset to decision makers Build and maintain a pipeline of leads Close customers by showing them the benefits of doing business with Onset Report weekly on your pipeline Collaborate with Credit and Documentation teams to ensure transactions meet all underwriting and documentation requirements Meet daily production and quarterly sales goals Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients What you should have: Two years Business to business (B2B) sales experience (or other qualified sales experience) College degree or equivalent experience preferred Ability to successfully sell over the phone Ability to manage high-dollar transactions Ability to take and implement feedback Positive attitude, fearless work ethic Excellent written and verbal communication skills Benefits: $5,000 sign on bonus $70,000 base salary + uncapped commissions Culture that can't be beat Internal growth opportunities Employee recognition program Peer-to-peer recognition program Onsight gym and professional fitness coaching offered throughout the day Swag you'll actually want to use!
