Description:
Carpenter's Place, a local faith-based not-for-profit organization, has an opening for a full time Case Manager who will be a representative of the vision and mission of Carpenter's Place in the community while working with program participants. Case Manager will provide support services to families experiencing homelessness or at risk for homelessness. This position is full time with benefits. Person must be dependable, flexible, possess excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate others, be detail oriented and a team player with high energy. A Bachelor's degree is required. A minimum of two years' experience with families, children, addictions, mental health, or domestic violence is preferred.
