A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PETROLEUM SERVICE TECHNICIAN As a Petroleum Service Technician, you juggle many tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment. With a sense of urgency, you communicate in person and over the phone with our clients. You respond to a variety of service calls including emergency response and after hour on-call. Happily, you repair and maintain dispensers, turbines, UST tank top equipment, UST monitoring equipment, and dispenser calibration. You also track inventory on the company vehicle to ensure that you have all the equipment you need to help our clients. Your persistence in following up ensures that our clients are taken care of. To stay at the top of your game, you keep up to date on new equipment launches and industry compliance. Additionally, you participate in ongoing training. Your ability to successfully manage client expectations through correct judgments, sound decisions, and your technical knowledge is critical to your success. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PETROLEUM SERVICE TECHNICIAN High school diploma or equivalent Extensive experience and certifications in two or more product lines required (Wayne, VeriFone, Gilbarco, Veeder-Root, Franklin Fueling) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass a drug test Are you a self-starter with a great attitude? Do you have strong customer service skills? Are you attentive to safety? If so, you may be perfect for this Petroleum Technician position!
