Would you like to join our team at Thorne Crest Senior Living Community? We are currently working to fill On Call LPN/RN positions in our Skilled Nursing Unit. Thorne Crest Senior Living Community, a not-for-profit American Baptist Homes of the Midwest community, is looking for knowledgeable and compassionate nurses (LPN/RN) to join our team. Why you should join our team: LPN hourly wages starting at $25.00 and up based on experience RN hourly wages starting at $30.00 and up based on experience Additional shift differential pay up to $2.75/hr Flexible schedule available! What you will need: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; current LPN/RN license in Minnesota or current compact state license. Long Term Care experience is a plus, but not required; new students are welcome. Covid-19 vaccination is required to work in a healthcare setting As a LPN/RN at Thorne Crest, you'll perform a critical role in providing high-quality clinical care and services to residents, working in accordance with regulations and established clinical best practices. You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of resident care via assessments, planning, intervention and evaluation, developing care plans in collaboration with residents, families and staff, encouraging residents to attain and maintain their highest physical, mental and psycho-social well-being and supervising staff in day-to-day activities.
