Developing strong relationships with new and prospective members of SMB by reviewing investment goals, preparing presentation of offerings, recommending the right combination of products and solutions by consistently using the prescribed sales process. Meeting sales goals to support the annual business plan to include broadening the SMFS book of business by identifying new members. Working with branch offices to include the delivery of branch seminars and execution of local marketing development plans by ensuring the proper follow-up from the events and developed partnerships. Consistently operating under contractual agreements and adhering to applicable federal and state rules and regulations specifically FINRA. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalency required. Experience in Financial Services organization, with focus on investment products preferred. FINRA Securities Industry Essential Examination, Series 6, 63 registrations required; IAR (65/66 or appropriate designation) required or ability to obtain within 6 months; FINRA Series 7 preferred. Life/health and variable insurance licenses. Three years financial services sales and service experience preferred. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to regulatory compliance rules as they apply. Must be detail-oriented and organized with strong skills in written and verbal communications. Excellent interpersonal, sales and relationship skills a must. Good computer skills (word-processing, spreadsheet, internet). Successfully pass CUNA Brokerage Services (CBSI) background check and securities registration as required by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Job Posted by ApplicantPro
