SHCS NURSE AIDE TRAINING PROGRAM Please Read Carefully SHCS ACCEPTS Checks Debit and Credit Cards Money Order Government or Company Voucher Cash BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS You are required to make a Deposit of at least $350.00 (Registration Fee $100.00, Text Book Rental $50.00 and 1 of 3 set of $200 Tuition Fees. IMPORTANT!! IF YOUR BALANCE HAS NOT BEEN PAID IN FULL BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF CLINICALS, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND CLINICALS, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND CLINICALS. ALSO, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO TAKE THE FINAL EXAM AND/OR RECEIVE YOUR CERTIFICATION OF COMPLETION UNTIL YOUR BALANCE IS PAID OFF.
