Job Description: ORSA Technologies is seeking a High Threat Tradecraft Course Instructor to be located in Ft. Huachuca, AZ. The High Threat Tradecraft Course (HTTC) Instructor will instruct Defense HUMINT Enterprise and other Intelligence Community personnel how to conduct personal meetings in multiple environments with human sources who may potentially pose a counterintelligence threat (e.g, arrest/deception) or physical threat (e.g., kill or kidnap) to source handlers. Candidate will collaborate with other instructors and curriculum designers to ensure students receive the most accurate and up-to-date training possible. The selected candidate will present classroom instruction for each assigned lesson, write and revise lesson plans as necessary, act as a faculty advisor, role player, and perform administrative, operational, and training functions related to the conduct of the course. Skills/Qualifications: - Collaborate with other instructors and curriculum designer to ensure students receive the most accurate and up-to-date training possible. Review, rehearse, and conduct platform instruction for various sized classes. Deploy and conduct field training in various environments. Evaluate student learning through observation and metric-specific testing (may be oral, written, or demonstrative). Record student's performance in accordance with client reporting standards. Serve as an instructor, mentor, an evaluator for students. Bachelor's Degree; four additional years of related experience may substitute for the degree. TS/SCI Clearance or eligibility Graduate of one OTC (legacy course is acceptable). Operational experience conducting sensitive, high-risk missions with operational units in contingency environments, or other high-threat or environments. Six years' field experience conducting full-spectrum HUMINT collection methodology in a variety of operating environments through multiple CONUS and OCONUS operational assignments. Graduate of the Virginia Hall Expeditionary Center HTTC required, (within the last six years preferred). Physically capable of sustained walking without a break for five miles over uneven terrain, and independent of weather conditions. Job Posted by ApplicantPro
