We are a Roofing Company based in the Tampa area looking to hire an honest and knowledgeable quality controller for our fast-paced, growing company. PLEASE ONLY CONTACT US IF YOU MEET THE REQUIREMENTS LISTED BELOW: -Residential or commercial roofing knowledge -Knowledge of roof details & installations (shingle, tile, metal, modify, TPO) -Strong management and organizational skills -OSHA, roofing and construction safety knowledge along with FL codes & requirements -Ability to identify and troubleshoot roof leaks -Ability to communicate with crews, coworkers, clients and inspectors -Knowledge of roof repairs and maintenance -Must have a valid FL driver's license and reliable transportation -Basic computer skills -Physical ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
