To qualify for this position you must have strong restoration/renovation knowledge and excellent verbal and management skills. Looking for experience in: -Flooring repair -Painting -Drywall repair -Popcorn/Flat Ceilings -Cracked Tape Joints -Soffit/Fascia repairs Necessary Skills: Basic I-Pad computer skills A strong sense of urgency and initiative, and the ability to quickly study and react to complex issues, and resolve conflict effectively in a firm but fair manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
