Culinarian/Cook Duties and Responsibilities As a member of our culinary team, you are responsible for delivering food that is fresh, eye-appealing, delicious, and cooked to the specification of the member.Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ensuring that ingredients and final product are fresh. Prep workstation for service. Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients. Utilize various cooking techniques. Present, garnish, and arrange final dishes Maintain a safe and clean working environment, including handling food ingredients, utensils, equipment, and dishes. Handle and store ingredients and food items while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. Communicate well with the F&B team, both back-of-house and front-of-house. Taking garbage to the dumpster area at the end of shifts. Must be able to stand 4-8 hour shifts. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
