Grand Specialty is looking for an entry-level accounting clerk position with an emphasis in accounts receivable to join our Fredericksburg, Texas team. Strongest candidates will not only be well organized with a sharp understanding for numbers and controls, but will possess an equal level of enthusiasm. We have a small operation and our employees need to work together, often times sharing in responsibilities and projects. This allows us to provide consistent, full-time employment in a fast paced, enjoyable working environment. DUTIESThe primary responsibilities of this position are; posting checks, collecting past due invoices, controlling credit limits, auditing FedEx and other shipping accounts, and maintaining and updating customer service records. Additional responsibilities will include but are not limited to; assisting customer service, filing, and keeping a clean an organized workspace.QUALIFICATIONSSound understanding of Microsoft Office-Strong computer skills-Strong communication skills both written and verbal-Previous accounting experience preferred-Ability to accurately work with numbers-Positive attitude and enjoys working with others-Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
