Responsibilities: Clean and care for entire property or assigned areas to ensure a well-groomed, welcoming, safe and healthy setting for all Keep property neat and clean which includes sweeping, operating blowers, emptying trash Perform routine cleaning and janitorial requests as assigned Qualifications: Friendly, courteous and enthusiastic disposition with outstanding customer service skills Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, chemicals, products and equipment Ability to read and understand labels and instructions Ability to handle physical workload which includes 10-20 pounds regularly, 25-50 pounds frequently Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work with minimal supervision and enjoy fast-paced environment Trust-worthy, reliable, responsive and lives by the Golden Rule Custodial, Kane Realty, North Hills, Maintenance, Raleigh, 3rd shift
