Represent clients in state and federal courts, mediation, and arbitration proceedings. Conduct thorough research and analysis of complex legal issues. Collaborate with other practice groups within the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions for clients. Should ideally have a strong background in civil defense and a passion for helping clients navigate complex disputes. Admission to the South Carolina Bar is required.
