Elm Crest Senior Living Community , an American Baptist Homes of the Midwest community, is looking for a detail-oriented and caring professional to join our team as our new overnight Medication Manager ! As a medication manager at Elm Crest, you'll work with a team committed to providing our assisted living residents with high quality customer service, medication setup and support and you will work with residents in social events and activities to help them to create a healthy lifestyle. This is a full-time overnight position. Elm Crest will consider all highly qualified applicants regardless of certification status (we will arrange for training and certification upon offer of employment). Candidate may also be a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse or Certified Medication Aide licensed or certified in the State of Iowa. Must be able to assist tenants who are functionally, physically, and or socially impaired and need 24 hour oversight. Must conduct all responsibilities in a manner that is consistent with the philosophy of assisted living. Ability to demonstrate positive attitude, patience, emotional maturity to effectively communicate and interact with residents, families and co-workers. Who we are: We Care! A lot!
