Work Locations: Bradenton/Palmetto/Sarasota, FL As part of this role, you will: Operate the vehicle in a safe manner and obeys all traffic laws Be authorized driver assigned to operate the organization ' s vehicles are the cu s todian of that vehicle and are responsible for the care and safety of that vehicle when the vehicle is dispatched to Be responsible for operating the vehicle in a safe manner and obeys all traffic laws Perform all routine maintenance and interior cleaning services to van daily (before and after use). Disinfecting bus each morning and at end of business day Be responsible for safe operation and engagement of the mobile unit's wheelchair lift Provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all time to all patients, visitors, co-workers, and leaders (To Provide an Exceptional Experience to Everyone, Every Time) Demonstrate an excellent understanding of telephone usage and the operation of the telephone system Assist Eye Care & Dental Teams with patient flow into and out of the mobile unit Restocks the eye care & dental mobile units for next day operations in conjunction with the Eye Care & Dental Mobile Unit team What you need to bring to this role: GED or High School Diploma required Active driver license in good standing with the ability to meet all insurance coverage requirements set by MCR vehicle insurance carrier 1+ years' experience with driving vehicles that require CDL preferred Must be able to make sound and timely decisions while operating the delivery vehicle Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus Excellent listening and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively interact with patients/customers in stressful situations Polished in both personal appearance and interactions Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion Detail oriented with an organized mind-set Must be flexible, resourceful, and able to troubleshoot Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities Pride in the job you do and the image you present to our patients & visitors **MCR Health is a drug free workplace.
