Our CMCA Head Start Childcare Center needs caring Teacher Assistants in Laddonia to make a positive impact in children's lives. Help children 3 to 5 years old develop social skills, improve sensory motor skills, engage them in learning experiences like water play, cultural food activities, and expressing big feelings through art. Head Start makes things better in and outside of the classroom. Requires an HS diploma or GED. Prefer CDA or related associate degree, with 1-year experience working with preschool-age children. Full-time, Tuesday through Friday. $13 to $14 per hour based on qualifications. Meals provided, great benefits including two paid weeks for winter break, one paid week for spring break, 10 paid holidays, excellent health insurance, tuition assistance, and opportunities for advancement.
