You will work closely with our Technical staff and assist them with day to day tasks that help us maintain the technical health of our clients. This opportunity will provide exposure to a wide variety of technical environments and challenges through our work with a diverse group of clients. You will be joining a team of respected IT professionals known for their combination of personality, obsession for problem solving, great communication skills, and the desire to help clients and team members succeed. Responsibilities Provide user computer systems set-ups. -Deliver and Remove computer equipment as needed. -Effectively communicate issues, and task execution with IT Support Consultants -Perform Lab Machine Rollouts -Conduct Asset Inventory -Office and Email Support -Manage small projects as needed -Provide phone support-(answering phones at Insource whenever there is down time) Requirements 4 Year Degree or in Four Year Degree in Progress - Great Communication skills both written and verbal - Strong problem solving skills - A passion for customer service and delivering exceptional support to IT Support Team.
