Essential Functions & Responsibilities Duties include but not limited to Upkeep our 7 Acre Farm to Table Crop Planning/Planting/Maintaining/Sales Bring in your own concepts/ideas on how to improve the farm Manage Irrigation systems Knowledge of Greenhouse Maintenance/Production. Maintain our various tractors and farm equipment. Maintain a clean and organized farm site Feed livestock Assist with cleaning horse stalls Qualifications Motivated Individual Must have the personality and enjoy working with others and believe in the power of positive relationships. Valid Driver's License Pass Background Check Great Organizational Skills Basic Computer Skills {microsoft office and google suite} Physical Demands Ability to operate larger equipment {tractor, BCS, mowers} Be able to perform farm duties {lifting over 50lbs, working in all weather and more} Basic Construction and Mechanics Skills is a plus Benefits: Competitive Salary.
