***Equipment Maintenance & Repair Experience Required*** SUMMARY Concrete Technologies, Inc. (CTI) is looking for a self-motivated and experienced Mobile Heavy Equipment Mechanic. This individual will be familiar with general repairs, hydraulics and electrical troubleshooting, and capable of performing a variety of skilled duties which may involve inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs on equipment at our concrete plant and paving project sites. Our equipment ranges from small generators and concrete saws to skid-loaders and concrete pumps to general facility maintenance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Operate and inspect mechanical equipment to diagnose defects. Drive service vehicle (CDL required) to job sites for on-site maintenance and equipment repair. Diagnose and perform equipment repairs in a timely manner with minimal supervision . Responsible for daily record-keeping of work and good communication with others. Maintain a clean and safe work environment to ensure safety and compliance. QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ Years equipment maintenance experience, required. CDL Required - Class A w/Air Brakes, preferred. Dependable and able to report to work on time. Reliable transportation to and from primary job site. Able to work in variable weather conditions. Willing and able to work extended hours during the construction season. Work with team in professional and friendly manner. The ideal applicant should be self starter with 2+ years of experience in maintenance of construction equipment. Skill in organizing and prioritizing tasks and completing responsibilities as schedule.
