Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Excellent multi-tasking, decision-making, and organization skills. Must comply with drug-free workplace program and pass post-offer mouth swab drug test; Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that complies with organizational standards. Minimum of 2 years of previous retail management experience. We challenge our Manager's in Training to put their sales abilities to the test and seek out ways to positively impact the lives of our customers and employees every day. Successful Manager's in Training are independent yet collaborative, gets things done, and puts daily focus on developing their leadership and coaching skills. A day in the life of a Manager in Training varies, but regular activities include: Putting focus on sales floor and retention activities; Support employee engagement and motivation activities; Ensuring the store merchandise, displays, and electronics are rotated, clean, attractive, and organized; Assist with sales activities and customer retention efforts as needed; Assist the Store Manager in daily activities as needed.
