As Front Desk (2 nights per week) Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service Greet and register guests via a centralized registration system Cash handling and accountability; maintain accurate paperwork as it relates to front office operations Resolve small issues as they arrive for guest Check and balance the daily figures, post room and tax charges on guest accounts Deliver items to guests as needed Print Reports for end of day and reconcile Perform other duties as assigned As Houseperson (3 nights per week) ensure that the public spaces are clean at all times. Shuttling guests to and from the airport rare but happens. Providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests from their arrival and throughout their stay. Must have a clean driving record. Must be able to work overnights 11 pm - 7 am; 2 days cover Front desk, 3 days as Houseperson Delta Hotel offers: Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits after 60 days.
